This “MagWall” was planned and developed in collaboration with Sean Wotherspoon, a designer and artist based in Los Angeles. With a deep respect for his roots in skate culture, we have created a skateboard deck that functions as a piece of art to decorate your space.
The design incorporates the aesthetics of MCM (Mid-Century Modern), which emerged in the U.S. in the late 1940s. Inspired by the Eames “Hang-It-All” and Piet Mondrian’s “Composition,” the result is a modern and playful style.
Additionally, it employs the marquetry technique, showcasing the craftsmanship of artisans. By precisely combining leather materials of different shapes and colors, it creates intricate and beautiful patterns, achieving a high level of artistic perfection in every detail.
The “MagWall” also features built-in magnets, allowing it to function as a station for attaching iPhone accessories. *Please note, this is a decorative skateboard, and does not include trucks or wheels.
